Coleslaw is one of those classic side dishes that can really help lift a meal. The crunch and bite of the vegetables is delicious! I always thought there was only one kind of ‘slaw’ out there in the world… it wasn’t until I saw Paleo Leaps recipe for this red cabbage, cranberry, and pecan slaw that I realized there was so much more to the ‘slaw’ family group. This is by far my favorite slaw and perfect to add to some delicious roast beef! Yum! I can’t get enough.
