A good chicken pot pie is one of those recipes I’ve been trying to perfect for some time – especially a Paleo version. Getting the crust just right – to be crisp, flakey, buttery and good. To get the filling to have the perfect combination of vegetables, chicken, and gravy is key. I know I’ve discussed my amazing love for just about any meal that can be cooked in a slow cooker or crock pot. Life is busy. It can be hard and exhausting to try and prep and cook a meal for the family every night. When you have crock pot meals though it makes life so much more simpler! Closet Cooking as done just that with this amazing bacon wrapped guacamole stuffed chicken.
