Butternut squash is one of my favorite of squashes. It’s a little more savory and a little less sweet then some of your other squashes and just has such a great flavor. When you pear it like Paleo Leap does with turnips then you have a real treat! This is a veggie dish that I love to put together and luckily so far everyone I’ve served it to has loved it just as much as I have. Serve this with any kinda of protein for a great complete and super healthy meal.
I am always surprised when I hear from people that they don’t like soup… how can you not like soup? Especially as the weather cools off and Fall comes into play. All I want to eat is soup. Okay and pumpkin. And probably a list of other things too but the fact of the matter is soup is wonderful! If you are still unsure about soup try out Cook It Up Paleo’s amazingly delicious recipe for roasted butternut squash soup.
Breakfast can be a hard meal to prepare for – either finding the time to cook something up or just having enough new ideas to so you don’t get bored with the same old recipe over and over. I’ve got a few go-to breakfast ideas and as soon as I tried this Paleo Butternut Squash Cakes recipe by Paleo Aholic it was immediately added to that list. So easy to prep and cook and so different from the typical eggs or other Paleo breakfast ideas!
