Roasted pumpkin, meat, bell peppers and red onion, selective focusButternut squash is one of my favorite of squashes. It’s a little more savory and a little less sweet then some of your other squashes and just has such a great flavor. When you pear it like Paleo Leap does with turnips then you have a real treat! This is a veggie dish that I love to put together and luckily so far everyone I’ve served it to has loved it just as much as I have. Serve this with any kinda of protein for a great complete and super healthy meal.
