There are a few things that can throw a wrench in our plans for a good and healthy meal – from lack of time, lack of motivation, or lack of ideas. One that always really frustrates me is lack of ingredients. Nothing is worse then going to make that beautiful meal and realizing you are missing ingredients. For those times (or just when you are looking for a simple and easy Paleo meal) you’ll love these simple Paleo dinners. All 20 of these are made with only 5 ingredients or less. 

1. Avocado Tuna Salad

I used to love tuna salad but always felt guilty about the mayonnaise that it used. Let’s face it, store-bough mayo is not Paleo. That is why I immediately fell in love this is avocado tuna salad – much more tasty and loads healthier. Find the recipe here.

2. 5 Ingredient 10 Minute Creamy Dill Salmon

30 Paleo Breakfast Ideas

Everyone always talks about how Breakfast is the most important meal of the day… and yet doesn’t it seem to be one of the hardest to come up with healthy, different, and delicious ideas? Cauliflower is one of those vegetables that gets a bad reputation a lot of times. I feel like it’s bad reputation all comes down to people not knowing how to cook it correctly.
