Cobbler is a great and homey dessert. There is something about it that makes you feel safe and happy. Sadly most cobblers have grains and all sorts of refined sugars in them. Luckily for us though My Whole Food Life has put together a totally Paleo cobbler and it is by far one of my favorite cobbler recipes now a days (Paleo or not). The sweetness of the dates and crisp pecans make this so full of flavor and the perfect cobbler.
