Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is full of benefits and one of the most popular fats uses in Paleo cooking. For cooking and baking, we prefer organic expeller-pressed coconut oil because it has a neutral flavor. But for some desserts we use extra-virgin coconut oil, both for it’s higher antioxidant content and coconut flavor. Find quality coconut oil here.

Dried Liver Capsules

Liver is considered the ultimate super food, but not everyone loves the way it tastes. If you want the benefits without the flavor, you can get grass-fed liver in capsule form here.

Paleo Meal Plans

Need a little inspiration in the kitchen? Check out Real Plan’s Paleo Meal Plans. Full of great recipes and the most user-friendly app, you find that cooking, shopping, and planning is super easy for as little as $6 a month. Learn more here.

Deodorant

Did you know that most commercial deodorants are loaded with toxic stuff? There are lots of great DIY recipes (like this, this, or this) and we also recommend Primal Pit Paste if you don’t want to make your own.

Toothpaste

Flouride is just one of the nasty ingredients we like to avoid. Our favorite all natural toothpaste is Earth Paste

Hair Care

Many commercial shampoos and conditioners have known carcinogens in them… among other nasty chemicals. But even if that weren’t the case, we don’t think we could recommend anything BUT The Morrocco Method and their products. Raw, vegan, and Paleo hair care that will bring more shine, bounce, and health to your head. Check them out here.

Face Wash

Why strip your face with harsh chemicals when oil does the trick. Yep, oil. The Oil Cleansing Method is totally primal living at it’s best. Be prepared for the sofest, more wonderful skin ever. Here’s one article we’ve found useful on how to do the Oil Cleansing Method.
